Staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant
Could not get the wireless internet to work - even with the passwords that were given to us - neither could the the other chap with us - separate room and different computer. Need to make it easier to get online or offer a demonstration as to how the log-on works. This is rerally the only complaint - all the rest was fine - the room, the service and the breakfast.

We only stayed for one night on the way to Tulum. The hotel is directly across from the central bus station which is great for airport transfers and buses to other destinations.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Pleasant, fairly clean hotel, excellent value. Comfortable location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cancun. Found in the good area. Tastefully decorated units with private bathroom. Really helpful staff interactions. Private parking and gorgeous breakfast for vegans.

It's close to some great places to eat.
Only problem was that that wifi wasn't reliable, but we got most things done by sitting in the lobby and using it.

The location is perfect and incredible and they have parking on site. Love eating outside and there's El Tigre y el Toro, set just close to the hotel. The rooms are lovely looking with a good bed, soap plus private bathroom and the staff are incredibly nice! This property offers a lovely breakfast.

We explored the beautiful white sand beaches and enjoyed a kayak ride in Nichupte Lagoon with complimentary rentals. Perfect mix of chill vibes and nightlife fun! The location is super convenient for beach access and local eateries.
The only downside was the noise from music during the night-it seemed like the party was right outside our room. Not ideal for those wanting a quiet sleep.

The hotel was quiet even though we stayed right on the main street. We also thought the price was good for a room with a balcony that was near the bus station. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lastly, having a computer in the lobby was a real asset.
The TV remote did not work. The air conditioner wasn't very cold.
